Based on what i am seeing, the Properties' feed must be the same that the web feed is seeing, and the APP feed (while correct) is not available to them. I guess, just pull your account up on your phone before stepping up to the desk,.
I checked the phone app and the website (both marriott and spg links), and all show "Platinum Premier Elite + Ambassador".
