That's fine and dandy but Delta is an international airline and this is a big international route. Many passengers wouldn't know that and wouldn't want what they perceive as breakfast for dinner.
Being an international airline & route many international pax wouldn't even known 'Shrimp and Grits' or 'Georgia Shrimp Étouffée' or those 'dutch chef selctions' on the outbound flights at all.
That's one of the charming thingies of travelling, explore/try new food and other things & plus on Delta you have 3 other options
Furthermore for a lot of pax internal bodyclocks it's already 4am or whatever.
