Is anyone else having problems with the UK Amex points not appearing? I’ve now had two batches of points sweep from the card since the merger and nothing has appeared on my SPG account.
I have spoken to SPG customer service and they say it is because Amex are using the old SPG number. Amex confirmed that they have not been told the new number by SPG and offered to change the number on their system but that doesn’t seem to have helped the second batch of points.
