EK229 DXB-SEA has been operated by a 77L (777-200LR) since 26/08/18. Not all 77L aircraft have been changed to two Class yet. This is expected to be completed by mid 2019 according to the press release.

It does look like the flight has been operated by 2 Class aircraft for the past week (A6-EWA, EWB, EWH, EWI) according to FR24. Can’t find any reference if this is a temporary change or not.

SEA's long runway (16L/34R) is closed for maintenance till end of November, and the only runways remaining are 2500ft shorter. I'm guessing they can't fly a 77W with the loads/fuel they want during this time. SEA is relatively low and cold, 500ft above sea level, so seasonal weather isn't a factor.
