Just a quick DP : I had an OC Tier 1-3 (aka 830P). I called to get it cancelled, and thanks to the advice/datapoints of a couple of helpful people on this forum, I was able to get the 195K points refunded, and an additional number of points from the various CSRs that I spoke with, that got me a result I was quite satisfied with.
