I'd assume Boston/London (with no comp upgrades) remains the same, and banter is that that flight sells very well in the front. There haven't been any changes on JFK-LHR in the past few months (albeit a few minutes longer).
Hawaii–Japan/Japan–Hawaii doesn't have complimentary upgrades, either. It sells pretty well.
