Both BOS/JFK-LHR have full D1 service up front. Only TATL exceptions to this are JFK-PDL/KEF/SNN and MSP-KEF (routes sold as Premium Select instead of D1).
What's a "full D1 service up front" when some flights in Delta One business-class come pajamas or slippers and others don't? Other flights come with a second, smaller pillow. There is too much inconsistency.
