I'd assume Boston/London (with no comp upgrades) remains the same, and banter is that that flight sells very well in the front. There haven't been any changes on JFK-LHR in the past few months (albeit a few minutes longer).
Both BOS/JFK-LHR have full D1 service up front. Only TATL exceptions to this are JFK-PDL/KEF/SNN and MSP-KEF (routes sold as Premium Select instead of D1).
