I had this a few weeks ago and was pretty happy with it. FYI, the "petite filet" described on the menu is actually a steak salad served cold - I didn't see it.
As hockeyinsider mentioned, single-tray service (except dessert) is unfortunately standard now for domestic business class. I did note that the (pre-plated) dessert cheese plate this rotation was more substantial than in past domestic experiences, and FWIW I did have real S&P shakers.
