I wound up on the phone a couple days back with Marriott trying to make something happen with my tier 1-3. I’ve followed this thread and the pre-merger thead all along and collaged together my own script. While I went through hell and back (was even hung up on by a supervisor) over a few days, I finally had my best result with a RC phone rep who cleaned up the mess and delivered me a points result I could settle with. I don’t want to set fire to this by saying much more other than working with Ritz for travel package stuff is far better than anyone at Marriott. Granted, this really only holds true probably for tier 1-3 people and tier 4-5 people but this thread is lacking that info so it may be good for those folks.
