umm yeah, I have the same experience in DL. Flight shows "on time" and no plane is at the gate, followed by either no departure change or the old multiple rolling 5-10 minute delays.
To the point of the thread, if your sample size is large (and mine is), the two aren't all that much different. If the sample size is small , one can interpret and espouse all sort of things, but that only demonstrates that they're experts in their own minds.
