Even worse, that tiny hallway features seating opposite the elevator bank; during check-in hours, guests waiting for their rooms along with all their bags will sit there, making the trek to/from the elevators an obstacle course.

On my stay, the service was even worse than the lobby. Needless to say, I don't believe the property deserves mention on this forum.
