Revert on the others later, but #1 is definitely possible with a competent agent. My one similar experience was with an MPC agent holding particular LA sectors while reissuing a multicarrier award to a straight partner redemption- yours should be easier since it’s holding CX inventory that we’re talking about..mine was years back, and unsure if things have changed, but was one of my CX vs SQ deciding points back then. (Different ticket, SQ agent had professed to an inability to hold a A-B sector, whilst I changed from a return to a oneway award).
