AFAIK, I don't think A3 offers a 24-hour free cancellation grace period for any ticket - paid or award. There is an existing thread on this topic: 24 hour cancellation policy. Apparently, even OTAs that usually provide the 24 hour cancellation don't offer this for A3 flights. I vaguely recall being offered the free cancellation option on a previous ticket booked through an OTA, but I may be mistaken. YMMV. On the bright side, at least for award tickets, the cancellation/miles redeposit fee is only 20 Euros. While it sucks if your plans change within 24 hours of booking, the fee is the same all the way up to your departure date. For redemption tickets, the policy is really customer friendly, IMHO.
