As GIB is T3 , there is no CCR, however, those in the know will more than likely be found in the lovely Cathay Pacific lounge (or the Qantas, if you like space, or the BA / AA lounges if you like life a little more bland!) ;-)
I’ll be connecting out of T5 on a domestic so could be guested into CCR by a decent CCR card holder!
