No I agree that a starred hawker is not the same as a Ďrealí Michelin starred restaurant. But still, in terms of the quality of street food I personally think Singapore is the best Iíve had so far in Asia.

I guess most people donít usually visit Michelin starred restaurants when travelling, so thatís the reason Iím not making a comparison at that level. But we also visited a Ďrealí one star restaurant in Singapore, Summer Pavilion, and really enjoyed that as well.

Thanks for your input - Iíll definitely have to check out the food scene in HK then
