You've got Carl's Jr, Olive Garden and Red Lobster at GRU. What more could you want?

Seriously though, although in theory feasible, it'll cost you a fair amount in cab/Uber to get to anywhere nice, and you will be quite short on time, so not able to enjoy yourself. There's absolutely nothing nice in the vicinity (i.e. 15km radius), so you're best bet is to stay at the airport. If you have lounge access, use it (Gol domestic in T2 is available to anyone for a fee, for example).
