Thanks for the update, but I'm very surprised and disappointed that the most major issues have been totally ignored. No comments from Lurkers here and not even a single email of apology and a note to say they are aware of the issues from Marriott.

It is widely posted on this forum and on others that many members' YTD night count is wrong (mine is down by 14, which drops me from PPE with Ambassador to PPE) and that lifetime night count is wrong. Please let us know that Marriott is aware of this issue and is working on it, rather than the previously posted suggestion that we all send an email to Marriott.
