I had this same problem earlier this year but AmEx refused to apply the deal to my existing Platinum card. They advised me to open a new Platinum card through the Corporate program link and then close the old one. I did so, and I did get the $150 credit on the new card but it took a couple months. I was not eligible for the 60k signup bonus.
