Since when AF/KL restored flights from MXP, eligible passengers can use Sala Monteverdi without access fee on Schengen Area.
On non-schengen area, Casa Alitalia can usually be accessed ONLY with an AZ ticket or if departing with an AZ operated flight (to JFK and NRT at the moment). Otherwise, the reference lounge is Montale Lounge for most Skyteam airlines operating in MXP on non-schengen area.
