Suggestions for one-month SUV rental in Cairns, Australia

Hi all,

I'm looking around for good rates for a full-size SUV for a month in Cairns, Australia. Can't find anything less than A$2000. Wondering if anyone might suggest a way to get this cheaper? I'm searching around for codes, but nothing seems to help much...
