I don’t think there is much they can dispute. 7,400 miles X 3 family accounts is a lot of miles compared with what you usually get on the shopping portal.
It’s a shame one has to gather this much evidence for a AA shopping portal purchase to earn miles but that’s seems to be the way the system works unfortunately.
I am in the same boat - my store visit was tracked but purchases is not tracked. The CS got back to me after 15th day mark.
When I purchased this, it definitely did not say monthly subscriptions are not eligible, and it said 45 days , not 60 days. They changed the T&C and is trying to quote the new T&C
