That's of course more or less the case. I fly HEL-ARN route quite often for business and honestly could not care less about the service during my flight. SAS Plus in that route is basically a wrap and smoothie or similar offering. For the most part I'm not even bothered to have that. My point was mainly that more extensive service is totally doable.
