Figure this is the best place to pose this question.

Booked a NEXUS interview for my daughter for an hour after scheduled arrival in YYZ on an Air Canada flight. Would rather not schlep back to the airport during our YYZ visit for an interview, and I think I'd rather do that than have to come earlier for our outbound flight a few days later.

Obviously, if things don't go as planned, could be late. So let's say flight gets delayed an hour. Anyone know what would happen if we miss the regular appointment time, but come in late the same day? Is there a way to contact YYZ to let them know (to be clear, I know the YYZ office has a phone number - but I've never been able to get anyone other than a machine)?

Or is it better to just book before our outbound flight. Also, a bit of a guess there, not wanting to book it super early, but don't want to find out they'll be a long wait for an officer while we need to get airside.
