Actually, the difference spans a few areas, not just the lounge. They configure the ATR's with 2 rows at the back, and those 2 rows feel like they have about 36-37 inches of pitch. They also don't sell the other seat, so it's theoretically a capacity of 4 J seats only. You also get a rather nice croissant and drinks even on short 30 minute sectors (i flew MYY-MZV last week).

The price difference was i think only RM55 one way, and gets 2 enrich sectors (if you're into enrich) - didn't regret it
