I ended up going with the following in addition:

-Domaine de Chateauvieux (2 stars, Geneva)
-Le Pont de Brent (2 stars, near Lausanne)
-Berton Al Lago (1 star, near Como, Italy)

Unfortunately all of Zermatt's starred restaurants are closed in the summertime...

Most recent starred dinner was at Gramercy Tavern - excellent as always.
