From Shin Urayasu station to the hotel is about 5.5km, so I guess a taxi would cost around 3,000-3,500 JPY. Late night will cost a bit more.

If you want to avoid taking a taxi, let us know and we can provide directions by train but it's harder work, involving multiple railway lines.

You could also call a tax company to get a quote for a cab from the airport to the hotel - I think your hotel is in Chiba Prefecture, rather than Tokyo, so the destination isn't listed as a flat fare on this page.
