But when BRG agent go to spg website rate of Advance Purchase rate drop to 918+ HKD.
Then they reject my BRG because of not Book lowest rate.

It's what is available when they go to check. If you're still seeing it as 944 HKD (within 24 hours of receiving the denial) you can resubmit your claim or call them. Or if you can find another rate lower than the 918 then you can resubmit the claim too.
