Same here. Every time.
Also, a few exchanges ago the agent asked me to provide my SM# or PNR so they could "link my account". I double checked and my profiles were already linked (and had been for...as long as DLAssist was a thing). Twitter agent said he/she didn't see that but could link it again for me.
In any case, that seemed to correct it and I'm back to being able to request stuff by just calling out date and destination.
