Just wondering, why would you want to upgrade on a flight from KUL to SIN? It's a 40 minute flight in J, with stale food, and no alcohol. The

As to upgrading at the airport, you should be able to do so (or at least try), at check-in or at MH lounges. They often proactively offer to upgrade at a fixed price at check-in in many airports too.
