My estimates, in THB, you pay the tolls directly to the driver at the toll-booth(s) - very few taxis have EasyPass, you add the fee to the meter reading.
meter: 260 - 300
tolls: 75-100
fee: 50
total 385-450
variations due to traffic/route. I included an "average" traffic surcharge.
