Resolved by Avios. It seems if accounts are linked then a suspension of one account suspends the other. Very odd and no explanation for why Avios account was suspended. Hope others get sorted as quickly.
Did it take long for Avios to respond? I have contacted them but not heard anything back (albeit I contacted them over the weekend). This happens in the same week I'm due to move up to Concierge so I'm slightly worried something will happen my tier points
