Log In Issues - Sunday August 5th

Anyone having log in difficulties this morning? Can't log in. Changed password twice. Made no difference. Tried different devices. Nothing working.

Tried to change password on Avios account. Told account is suspended and to email them. ...!

Yep, same issue and symptoms here. Seems to be a few people online also saying the same.
Got the dreaded “has been escalated to Aerclub”. Can’t bear it after the account set up fiasco

Resolved by Avios. It seems if accounts are linked then a suspension of one account suspends the other. Very odd and no explanation for why Avios account was suspended. Hope others get sorted as quickly.

My Avios was fine, can still logon there OK. Still can't get onto Aerclub though

Did it take long for Avios to respond? I have contacted them but not heard anything back (albeit I contacted them over the weekend). This happens in the same week I'm due to move up to Concierge so I'm slightly worried something will happen my tier points

Exact same here. Was due to move to Concierge yesterday, hence why was keen to check my balance. Still can't logon to Aerclub.

Update - spoke to Avios who carried out a password reset themselves. This allowed me to log in to Aerclub. All sorted in a couple of mins

They have a live chat function on the website. That worked for me. Sorted in a couple of minutes.

The online chat feature on the Avois website will sort it out

No need to change/reset passwords

It does work well, but my fix was them forcing a reset of the password. The Aer Club password reset wasn't working

I never got that email but I had a suspicion it was something like an attempted hack or suchlike. Avios did ask for a lot of information to validate account, but all good now
