I hope I mean the same Miracle as you do - open 24 hours, quite rich, yet still basic food selection and cheap alcohol. The second floor seemed like a good place to relax when it wasn't crowded and they were trying to keep most of the people downstairs.
CX - I like the food and bar more (to mention one, Cathay Delight beats the whole Miracle's drink selection for me). Closes at 7pm, though.

If you find CX lounge closed, I'd suggest going to the JL lounge (or QR if you are there at the right time and possess a J cabin ticket).
