JAL too doesn't offer a PJ in business class, so I guess there isn't a need for PJs in business for the ANA (and JAL) business class majority clients - Japanese business men on business flights.
But right next to the knitwear in that link they mention a pajama "free rental", which is the basis of the question. So I would say they do, in limited quantities. I will make sure to ask for one next time I fly J with them....
