It may be off the menu; but I'd be surprised if they won't make it for you on request, assuming that they still bake brioche bread. I rarely eat breakfast at Rossini; but certainly if you take any type of bread up to the grill area at Orchid and ask them to soak it in egg mixture and put it on the griddle, they would do it with a smile.
