This was about my 5th time flying ANA from N.America into HND. Usually the average time from touchdown to landside concourse is ~45min. This time it took almost 70min, despite zero line at passport controls. All because the plane taxiied for over 15min and then the bags took a whopping ~50min to show up on carrousel from the time we parked at the gate. Usually regular non-priority bags would be out ~25min after the plane parks at the gate whether NRT or HND. I had an 1hr40min int-dom transit, and the only reason I made the cutoff (45min) at the transit drop-off desk was because the plane landed 15-20min early. Even then I literally got there right at cutoff.

Goes to show that anything can happen. If it's not the bags, it could be the immigration queue. But with 10.30pm arrival in premium class (assuming priority bag handling), should be fine unless the flight arrives >45min late.
