YMMV but my last arrival there was a bit of a disaster. I was one of the first off the plane, and joined what seemed to be the back of a queue of another couple of arrivals and despite something like 12 immigration desks being open, it was roughly an hour of a wait.

If I recall correctly the queue was more to do with the other two arrivals being delayed - they weren't supposed to all arrive at once, so probably not the norm.
