I wouldn't hold your breath. I'm staying at this property right now. Paying cash and a Plat. We got an upgrade to an 'executive level', which is 2 floors below the lounge. Only benefit I can see is that our room isn't adjacent to any others, so no adjoining doors.
Not complaining, overall this stay has been satisfactory, and we don't have a view of a brick wall. I recommend setting your expectations low on the upgrade front.
