Haven't posted in years, decided it'd be fun to revive my account.
Comp medallion upgrade. FEBO followed + PDBs. On offer today was poached salmon with veggies and potatoes, which was tasty and salmon was actually quite moist. Older woman next to me (also a SEA-based medallion) had a beef bulgogi on rice with veggies and seemed to like it. Served with a warm roll with butter, mixed greens salad with shredded carrots and cashews and balsamic vinaigrette, and a 4oz container of Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream (served after meal, not pictured). Basic snack basket passed before meal (with almonds and snack mix) and the first-class basket passed about an hour before landing. SEA-based crew was professional and proactive. It's nice to fly on DL these days; they seem way better than they do back home in DTW (I wonder why
).
For those interested: Flight was 95% full; Fly DL showed 8 seats open when gates closed.
