Compensation for Delays
Hi,
new to JAL forum and processes. I was flying on BA F Award ticket last week from JFK to HND and back from NRT to JFK.
I had a six hour delay on the outbound due to Aircraft rotation and 1h45min delay (waiting for gate) on return.
Would JAL compensate for those delays in general? How would i do this?
