Booking rental car on the local website from another country...any issues?
I am in the process of booking a rental car in Italy for September and I am Hertz 5 Star based in the US. If I go on hertz.com I get one rate but if I go to hertz.it (local site for Italy) and book as a guest I get a substantially lower rate for the exact same car. This is a splurge rental of a luxury car so the difference is ~$500.
Am I breaking any rules by booking on hertz.it? I can't seem to find anything that says I am...love to hear if anyone has done similar. Thanks!
