I just tried entering my KTN via the KLM website on my next AF booking, and it worked. I just entered the number and left the other fields blank, and it looks like it was enough. I think it's just that the website doesn't update the available fields based on the option that is chosen but overall not a huge deal. Thanks for the tip!
