Why do my Tickets always need to be Manually reissued?
Every time there is a weather waiver and I try to change my ticket online, it won't allow me.
When I call, it won't allow the agent and they forward my call to the manual reissue desk (what they call it) and I always speak to some great person in Europe who at least for me always bend over backwards to make me happy (i've done changes that weren't allowed by the weather waiver no charges no complaints, they just do it.)
But I can't figure out why I always have to have my ticket manually reissued and it won't allow me to make the changes online. Can anyone shed some light?
