Another piece of „good“ news: when you change your booking, your KTN does not get lost. I am saying „good“ in inverted commas, because that is obviously the way it should be and that all other airlines do it, after all the KTN is tied to the passenger in the booking, not a specific flight. But with Air France having otherwise screwed up the system so badly I was afraid that they‘d also get this wrong. Thus the „good“ news that they didn’t.
