My view is that you would at least need to enter with the guest, whether you stayed there for long would not be an issue, so you could leave for the other lounge, but it does sound rather anti-social.
It sounds different actually. The OP seems to have access to the third-party lounge through an airline, and wants to guest someone else into the
same third-party lounge using PP. I agree with the above poster who questions why not just use PP for both?
