Change of Help Desk staff?
Has there been a change of staff on the AerClub helpdesk? Or perhaps a consolidation?
There used to be a Dub team and a UK team that appeared to be separate but now all calls seem to get routed back to the same small team? (Makes HUCA a little harder...)
