I read a lot about their work: if you find a lower rate on refundable rate, the cancellation policy never match. If you find a lower rate on a non-refundable rate, the website is not valid.
2 months ago I found a really good rate with Agoda. They denied the claim several times and once they told me that the rate I booked on Hilton (698€) was lower than the rate on Agoda (639€). The prices were different, but I swear they wrote to me like that, with the price in evidence.
This is why I would like to book first only for 6 days, and IF they approve my claim, I would book more days and claim again. If not, I probably book another hotel or through hotels.com
