It's just that i like Sixt. But I will look at other companies and see what I can find.
I sort of assumed that I pick up a car and the geographical restrictions allow me to drive somewhere where the weather is different, and of course since it's winter and it can snow in CA and NV, the the car should be prepared for that, tires should be all-season tires. But that's maybe not how it works
