I'm planning my next stay in Thailand. I found a lower price on a third part website but I didn't set yet the dates. If I book (non refundable) and ask for BRG and later I decide to stay more days, can I make a new reservation and claim again for BRG on the new reservation? Is there any rules?
The rules and conditions are listed in the BRG tab when you book your room. The basic rules are that the room types, dates and cancellation dates must match EXACTLY in order for the claim to be approved. The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation being made. There are risks associated with booking the non-refundable rate and hoping for the BRG to be approved. Take screen shots of everything and good luck!
